CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Strengthen & Lengthen with Laurie-Lynn

Mondays 5pm-6pm

​

A slow-moving fitness class to build strength and mobilize and stretch the body. Emphasis is placed on the integration of breath and body awareness. An invigorating and soothing class for everybody and every body.

 

 

Chill Groove with Laurie-Lynn

Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm

 

A feel-good dance experience that nurtures the body, mind, heart and soul. We’ll show you simple movements and rhythms to great music and encourage you to express it in your own unique and creative way. Guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

 

 

Gentle Yoga with Isabelle

Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:45 pm

Saturdays from 9:30 am to 10:45 am

 

Discover (or rediscover!) the fundamental yoga postures at a slow pace, using many modifications and props, while exploring the principles of proper alignment and simple breathing techniques to promote calmness of body and mind.

 

Groove & Social with Laurie-Lynn

Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:45 pm

 

Groove is a dynamic and creative group dance class. With good music, we will first unite in a simple movement or rhythm, but then you will be encouraged to dance your own way. While exploring a variety of styles and genres, you'll experience slow, meditative grooves as well as more cardio-friendly rhythms that get your heart pumping.  Let's spend some time together celebrating, connecting, playing and feeling good through dance!

 

 

 

Wild Card with Laurie-Lynn and/or Isabelle

Sundays from 9:30 am to 10:45 am

 

Laurie-Lynn and Isabelle will be offering a different dance, yoga, fitness or other class each week, incorporating various movement techniques, and aiming to provide you with a delicious and stimulating experience. On the menu, restorative and yin yoga, HIIT circuits, dance, thematic grooves, Yoga dance etc.

 

And yes, special requests are not only welcome but encouraged!
